Frustrated(vent) *edit to ask advice*

I am so frustrated right now...
FH and I have been trying to block off rooms at two hotels near our RH for months now. No one would get back to us when we first started, and then they told us to come back in 2008 when they'd have the new rates.

Well we went January 1st in person to one of the hotels and were told that they are basically full for our wedding weekend, and that the other hotel would be a better option. They gave us contact info for the person to speak with and said to call and leave her a message that night b/c the rooms will probably go fast and we need to block them ASAP.

We have left at least 2 messages a day with the contact, and have called the hotels looking for her as well.
It is now over a week later... and no response.

I want to send my invites out, but can't without that information(not that they are ready to send out today anyway but stil.)

Why doesn't anyone return my phone calls??

okay ladies, you're right... i'm PO'd.

I wanted to block around 20 rooms, and at over $120 a night that is the potential for a lot of money for this place.

I'm getting married at the Fox Hollow so please, tell me where you think I should block.
FH and I do not want to be responsible for the room fees at all, we will not garuntee any amount of rooms to be used. and we'd prefer a place with a shuttle.

BW and EI are the two hotels I'm having trouble with, so please suggest someplace else.
