I sent all my potential BM's a personalized cookie asking them to be my BM including FSIL. Everyone thought it was super cute, called me immediately, and some even cried. While I didn't really expect the same reaction from FSIL, I did expect at least a phone call. I asked FH last night if he ever heard from his sister and he tells me no. Am I suppose to hunt down her number, call her and ask her if she got it or just say oh well, I guess it's a no?
BTW, when I tracked the package it says it was delivered at 12:36 pm on August 30th!!

maybe it's possible she did not receive it yet? Did you send these through the mail and does FSIL live further away? I would give her a little more time and if you still don't hear anything, maybe try and contact her

if i were you, i would NEVER hunt her down. let her come to you.
when/if she finally says something about it. i would say 'omg i'm so sorry i took your lack of response to the cookie as a no. did you want to be a part of the bridal party again?' that way you put it on her.

It's been about 2 weeks! Everyone else has received theirs, some that live even further from her. I was always kinda 'iffy' about whether she liked me or not but the last time we went to visit FH's family she was so nice! We are going to visit his family in 2 weeks and was thinking maybe I should wait until then to say anything.

are you able to track it that it actally arrived? Maybe she didnt see it yet...you should call her about something else and not even mention the cookie and she if she says anything. I don't see why your FSIL wouldn't want to be part of your special day. I did the whole cookie thing do but i hand delivered it so i could see their reaction and get an answer right there lol

She lives in South Carolina. Jealous? For what? She's married already. FH is the only sibling that isn't married but also the only sibling who will be having a wedding which is why his mom is so excited!!

Some girls can't stand when the attention isn't on them. Be thankful she doesn't live nearby, she'd really be a thorn in your side. Enjoy and cherish all these moments and don't let anyone ESP fsil bring you down.
