At what point do they usually reach out to you to discuss/start working on your cardbox? 2 weeks out? 3 weeks out? 1 week out? Trying to figure out if and when I should send them a reminder email.

hmm well my wedding is this sunday 6/5 and I got an email may 18th regarding finalizing my card box design.
