Full time students

Original post by Jax430

Are there any other full time students out there who feel like they have very little time in their schedule for wedding planning? I'm in a doctoral program, and I have no time to do anything! I guess July and August will have to be very, very productive. Just wanted to see if there was anyone out there feeling the same as me. Plus, I'm supposed to studying for finals now, so this is a good form of procrastination. Thanks!

Re: Full time students

I am also a full time student, graduating in 1 week with my BSN! Its taken me 6 years, and i am ready to be done already. My wedding isnt until next year, because I need a year to save $$ since us broke students have the budget of having a wedding a McDonalds. I already have a job lined up, and I cant wait to start! I need that money to pay for this wedding. I feel for all of you who are trying to do it all like I am, but you will get through it. Good luck.

I haven't been on here much because I've been cramming for my last finals in law school ever!! I'm FINALLY done and now I have a whole 10 days to plan my wedding before bar review starts on the 22nd!
Congrats to the other 03 grads!

Re: Full time students

There seems to be a lot of lawyers (or prospective ones) on this board! At least I will know a good lawyer if I ever need one..Do any of you know what type of law you want to practice?? Anyone into medical malpractice? I might need to 'give a little something' to the doctors when they get nasty! LOL. Good luck all!

Bride2be, are you in nursing classes yet? How far do you have to go? If you want to share, what school are you going to? Just curious.. Good luck! It will go so fast, I cant believe I am done already.

Re: Full time students

My sister is a junior at St. Johns (crim. justice major) and thinking about going into law..any advice ladies??

Re: Full time students

I went to St. John's for Crim. Justice also- tell her to take Cardalena for every class possible!!! He is also a great person to talk to regarding law schools. Other than that, she should take an LSAT review course and study like a madwoman! The number of applicants to law schools has vastly increased, so they are even more selective when it comes to admission. Ummmm..that's about all I can think of now.....

I'm actually taking Pieper at Hofstra. My class also starts on the 22nd, but I get the added bonus of having class on WEEKENDS!!!!
