FULLHOUSE
Has anyone attended a wedding where FULLHOUSE was the band? If so, how were they? We are thinking about booking them and are getting mixed reactions. We have liked what we heard from them, but does anyone know for sure?

Friends wedding
At a friends wedding they took several breaks. I would just go over a break schedule with them before hand. The music was good but we chose someone else for our wedding.

We used them
They were great-- they also did my husbands brothers wedding years before and were great then too--- go with your gut instinct -- also do a search on here there are quite a few posts about them-- They sound great and really get everyone moving--Joe is great--I was afraid that at some point during the wedding i would hear a song that I never heard/didnt like/etc--they were great with the list I gave them and really seemed to know what the guests wanted--They do a great Obladi Oblada Life Goes On---that was so hilarious-- what are they charging these days? Friends wedding
we talked to them about breaks/having signs out. etc and there wasnt a problem--also Joe does a great cocktail hour with the piano player---but with any band/vendor discuss all your concerns--like with us we couldnt/didnt want to feed them because we wanted to give them that money as their tip money and they were completely fine about not being fed-- good luck deciding

I saw them at a friend's wedding
The band was very good. Lots of people were dancing the whole time. They played a variety of music. I did not notice a lot of breaks at all. I know that some catering halls tell the band when to break and when to play. So that might have been why they took so many breaks.

Full House is amazing! (long)
This is my first post on this board! I used Full House as my band last June and they were amazing! We were super, super satisfied with them, and they kept all of our guests happy the entire reception. I do not remember a single moment when there weren't people on the dance floor. Also, they had a lot to live up to, b/c our wedding was the third family wedding in a row. One of my cousin's used Faze 4's 'Play By Play' but they were out of our $$$ range. Let's just say that Full House more than passed the comparison test with Faze 4 - and they are much more affordable!!! However, the road to signing the contract was not without bumps. They switched female singers during the time we decided to book and when we got our contract in the mail, so when I saw a different name, I flipped out on poor Joe (he was a saint to have dealt with me!) He was completely amazing, very sincere and accommodating about the whole thing. Turns out, the new singer (Jen C.) was 1,000 times better than the female singer before - and much classier in my humble opinion. Anyway, Joe and I negotiated an adjusted total cost b/c of the mistake in communication. The band learned several special songs for us and performed them all flawlessly. They honored every single request including 'no group dances like Macarena, Chicken Dance or Electric Slide' ICK! Instead, they performed Obla Di, Obla Da, Life Goes On...as the group participation song, and it turned out to be our favorite moment of the night!! Our guests had a blast during that song, and the photos and video of that moment are just priceless!! They did not take many breaks - in fact, I think they only took one. Full House gets two thumbs up from us...we would use them again and again. I'd be happy to give more detail, if you need it. Good luck!

We booked full House and although our wedding isn't until November, Joe has been GREAT!! I called him with a few questions AFTER our contract was signed and the deposit was in and he still made a few adjustments for me. If you have any questions just emaile me at [email protected]
