Fun and Relaxing things to do on Westhampton Beach

Any suggestions? We're going there this weekend...

Perhaps a visit to a winery? Any guy things to do?

Its my FH's 26th bday coming up.

Have lunch at The Bank restaurant or Gators (their French Onion soup is awesome!)

Drive up & down Dune Rd, go to the end & be in amazement at what are some poeples summer homes.

How is the Westhampon spa, are they good with massages?

Meghan, I though you lived in the city? Am I confused? How far is Southampton from the Westhampton?

My mom lives in Southampton and we are going to her house for the weekend...Southampton is about 20 minutes or so from Westhampton. When are you going out there? FH and I are leaving tomorrow after work.

We're going to stay at the Southwind Fri. and Sat. night. Lenny wants to try and fix a car window in the morning, so most likely we'll arrive sometime in the afternoon (its a 2 hr drive from park slope).

Asides from the bnb nothing is booked or planned yet, but hopefully will be by the end of the day today. And since we're not LIslanders, we're not familiar with the area....

If you both guys want, we can hang out Fri/Sat.

I'll FM you with my phone number. The only thing Greg and I have planned is to meet with the manager of the place where we're having our reception. Other than that and Easter we have no plans. Would love to check out a winery - I've lived there forever and never have!

CPI (canoe place inn)is closed for the season still...

You could go to the Aquarium, go to Sag Harbor and walk around, definitly check out the wineries and drive around Southampton and DROOL over the houses.

Is CPI's open yet? I don't think it opens until closer to Memorial Day.

I love Gators restaurant! I can't wait to go out there this summer!!

Docker's is a really cute restaurant on Dune Rd...pretty casual and right on the water, so if it's nice out, it's a great place to go (and they play cool music). At night it gets pretty hoppin'

Have dinner/brunch at Tierra Mar Restaurant (which is actually Atlantica) its got beautiful views, but call ahead to make sure there is no event planned that day!

Meghan, we're thinking of going to the Duckwalk winery on (www.duckwalk.com) 231 Montauk Hwy (RT 27), Water Mill NY 11976 (516)726-7555 on Saturday. They have tastings and free tours at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm each saturday and sunday.

I'll call you tomorrow (Friday) to figure out timeing if you'd like to join us.
