Fun church story

FH and I went to the church this morning for our 'interview' with the Deacon. Everything was going great, even after we revealed that we live together. Shortly before we were ready to leave, and I'm thinking we're in the clear for the day, he goes, 'Ok, we're all adults here. You understand that the church is against cohabitation. And as a side, I studied sociology and 72% of couples that live together before they get married end in divorce compared to the national average of 52%. So, that's something to think about.' I thought it was a wonderful way to begin our journey with the church. Very uplifting. But on a positive note, the church and hall are booked. It's really happening now!
