Fun, relaxing place for 4-5 days?

Fun, relaxing place for 4-5 days?

Looking for an island or place to relax on the beach for a few days that's not too far away in June. Don't want to go somewhere very touristy either.

I would suggest the Bahamas. Very relaxing, and only tourist-y in certain spots.

DR is nice and close and very relaxing. It's a bit touristy, but it's actually mostly Europeans.

I second the Bahamas, it's only like a 3-hour flight, same currency, same language. Really easy and relaxing even for a long weekend.

I second the Bahamas, it's only like a 3-hour flight, same currency, same language. Really easy and relaxing even for a long weekend.


Not to mention inexpensive, compared to other islands.

I love the Bahamas and I think they are soooo underated. We are cruising for 4 nights to Bahamas for like 404 a person in July.
