So I placed an order with Dominos for dinner, but two minutes later my mom called to tell me that she would be bringing dinner. I call back immediately (5 min. after order was placed) to tell them that I would like to cancel the order. Well the guy working there tells me that I'm getting banned by the Dominos Corporation for cancelling my order and that I should really make up my mind when I place an order. I have never cancelled an oder before...I hardly order from there! So I tell him this and he tells me that the 'Corporation' monitors everything I do and that they disapprove of me cancelling orders so that I am now at risk of being blacklisted. At this point I let out a chuckle and he wasn't too happy about it. He goes to the computer and pulls up my 'record' and tells me that he will have to make a note of this incident. I'm like...are you serious!I'm sorry if anyone takes offense to this, but I just found it really funny that they are sooo strict with cancellations. I mean I've never cancelled an order before...now I'm being blacklisted by the Dominos police lol. Finally he just saw that I wasn't taking him very serious and he hung up on me. So I guess I'll be ordering from a different address if I ever want to have Dominos again.

Wow !!!!!!!!! That is amazing ..... I had too many problems with them in the past ... So now I just order from Papa Johns... their pizza is better anyways !!!!!!!!! PS.... watch out for the Domino's Police !!!!!!!!!!

OMG imagine we all did 3 way and totally messed with them? Some people take their jobs too seriously. Once i got kicked out of a petstore because I complained one of their guinea pigs had crust in their eyes!

You should totally do that!!! I called the automated line to cancel but I was transfered to a representative so I'm not sure if he was from my local Domino's or the HEADQUARTERS!! lol. Oh yeah, I'm switching to Poppa Johns.
