We went to the Islip Town Hall because they have late hours on Tuesday's. Well apparently Islip has two town halls. We arrived at the Islip Town Hall West at 6:50pm and walked in to find no one....not one person to help us. We eventually ran into a Janitor. We both ran out of the building and I said to FH 'we are going to miss them, they close at 7pm,' FH said 'no we won't, I bet you've never seen the little Jeep that could.' I was hysterical. We then made it to the right Town Hall with 2 minutes to spare. I sware, it was like a scene out of the movies. We are both running to the entrance. We walk in the office all out of breath and the lady at the couter said 'oh, you have plenty of time, we close at 7:30pm.' I said to FH 'do you still want to marry me.'
