We bought our new bedroom set from JCPenney online. I love it, but the delivery was a nightmare!
It's such a long, convoluted story that it wouldn't even make sense, but they were three hours later than the window we were given, a piece was missing, they then mailed it to us after three weeks and it was broken. We eventually got a credit and a new piece, but not without much aggravation.
