furniture Dilemma!

Before the holidays, my fh and I decided on bedroom and living room furniture. We spoke with one guy who told us a price then we went back to buy and he was on vacation. So, the sales guy called his cell phone and he told him what to charge us. (same price) We left a deposit, signed a contract and all. Today FH gets a call from them saying that they can't sell the furniture for that price it was wrong and that we should go pick up the money.
They don't give us the name and number of the person that owns the store. I don't know what to do. I hate dealing with people like this. Im sure they cant just back out of the contract like this. If that was me backing out they would give me a hard time. What do you think we should do. I already placed a complaint against the BBB.
