Long story short. She set up a Mary Kary party with my MK lady for august 19th. I was casually chatting with MK lady and she said - i haven't heard from her and i called her. I said -okay i'll remind her...
So much for short - here's what happened
I email FSIL - this is the EXACT email:
You were supposed to be doing a microderm abrasion party???? Alexa has been trying to get with you...

You DID pick a date with her because she told me what it was, August 19th and I do remember talking about it with you that day honestly...that we discussed it was the day before my brothers' birthday, so I wasn't sure if I could go. If you don't remember - that's fine - but don't be rude & not give her the info that you are cancelling.
I get it - you have more important things going on,
but so do other people & they matter just as much as you do. I'll try not to trouble you again.

As to a concern about getting any more emails from me you have nothing to worry about. I get it now - you are the most important person in the world and the only person in the world with problems. If for some reason I need to get in touch with you about the wedding - your brother will call.
