FYI about rings

Spoke to a jeweler who is a friend of the family and he told me that its a good idea to go to your jeweler every 6 months or so to check the stones in your engagement rings to make sure none of the stones become loose. He said you dont realize that you may bang it or get it caught on things to the point that some of the stones get loose and get loose even where you cant really even notice. So just a little piece of advice

I had brought my ering to the jeweler and thats how we found out the stone was loose!!! He actually had to replace all the prongs!! I def. agree that you should bring your ring to the jeweler every now and then just to get it checked out....especially if you have a 4 prong setting...if just one of those come loose you can loose the diamond!!

It's a good reminder! My FH bought some extra 2 year coverage when he bought my band so I have to go and have it signed off on that they checked it.

i know ... I dont know if I am just Neurotic but I constantly check if the diamond is ok ...

I actually know a girl who LOST a diamond and she saw it fall at work...she had every one on their knees looking for it! She said that she noticed the main diamond was loose to...and she's only been married a year!
