FYI- BBB return policy changed

According to the manager at BBB in West Babylon they no longer give cash back for registry items.

So...I now have almost $400 worth of store credit and $150 in gift cards....

are you sure my brother in law is a gen manager.. and he hasnt said i thing... and i just returned a closet thingy.. and got cash back??

this comes up every once in a while

call up the corporate line and talk to them- they will probably suggest that you go to a supervisor. . . if not, go to a different store

they have been saying that for years - i think sometimes there are just lazy employees! lol

Yeah, I would definately call because one of my BMs works there (West Babylon) and we were talking about my shower and she said 'Don't forget if you get duplicates ask for cash back'. Sometimes people are just lazy! Good luck!

Oh one store tried to do that to me but I asked to speak to the manager and they said you get store credit if the gift was not on the registry! so I got my money back, try a different store or ask if its just for things not on your registery!
