Based on the long thread last week....
there's a special on tlc now on the surgery.......a little dated as the procedures have been updated and are possibly a little less expensove now.
ETA: This was also done before some of these procedures were apparently covered by health insurance as some policies will now cover the cost of these procedures due to the fact that they may be medically necessary to alleviate other health problems.
