On 05, there's a bride complaining about how horrible her pics came out...you might want to take a gander and see if it's the one you booked. I met with this photographer, and I really feel vindicated, because they're SO popular, but my instincts were dead on about these people.
ETA: I feel really badly for the bride that had the bad photos. it's so awful. But I hope people will stop using them now. I just hated their attitude with me and their whole business practice.

i read that this morning and am a little surprised. we went to see them and we're a little turned off by the reception we got. we were only in the office for about 30 minutes, and the video they showed us was about 20 minutes long. but, in their defense, i know other brides that have used this photographer and have been completely satisfied. maybe they were using a new photographer.

believe me, i feel for the girl, and i think the vendor is completly at fault. it s u cks for the bride though.

OMG..... we were considering them, but then went with another photo. I feel awful for her.....all you really have left after the day is over are the pictures.
