i know a lot of past brides and vendors recommend the wingate inn for hotel rooms. they're already booked for the friday before my morning wedding in april. so if you ladies are interested in blocking rooms with them, you may want to give them a call soon.

i have a block there too for 15 rooms, they only block 15 at a time, if they all book up you get a complimentary shuttle to and from the reception and then you can contact them if you need more rooms and if they have them available you can block more.

Hmm....I have a block for Friday & Saturday for 30 rooms each. If you think you will need more I would ask.

I blocked w/ them alao, I love it there. We paid an extra 4100 to keep the lobby bar open after the reception for an after party. Can't wait

I only had to put a 100.00 depost to keep the bar open for after hours....why was yours so much??

i think jess meant $100 but the $ sign is a 4 so if you dont press shift it comes out to 4100 haha
