oh, I will...I called last week to talk with the sales manager, and left a message...they never called back... I'll try again later...Do you guys know if they'll let you book the bridal suite for the night before also? I want to get ready at the hotel, and it would be so much easier to just wake up in the place where I'm getting ready, rather than have to change rooms!!

Hmm....I have a block for Friday & Saturday for 30 rooms each. If you think you will need more I would ask.

I blocked w/ them alao, I love it there. We paid an extra 4100 to keep the lobby bar open after the reception for an after party. Can't wait

my sisters friend did that and another bridal party was staying at the hotel the same weekend and got to use the bar for free bc my sis friend already paid the extra to keep it open...i would call and see what the deal is w/ that...

I was wondering that also. We already booked the bar....I am going to find out about that....because it really isnt fair. They also shouldn't be making 100 per party...if they are only going to have on bartender.

Well FH is from Maryland...and his parents were there when we were booking. So potentially 1/3 of the party is OOT....and need to stay somewhere....maybe that's why she gave us 30. From what I can remember I could've gotten more rooms....it was never an issue how many rooms we could have.

they told me you only put 50 down and 50 right before so if that happens you dont pay the whole fee...if people happen to party there too there isnt much you can do about it....

Garden City Hotel is gorgeous, but a bit pricey.... I believe their guestrooms are around $200.

I have a whole list from my CH, which is in the same area as yours...... FM me if you are interested and I can send it to you!

the hampton inn(Hilton Hotel) in garden city is brand new-- really nice!
