This list is awesome. It seems that all the picking places are super far out east though and would be difficult for the city ladies to make.

I know Schmitt's farm in Melville does pumpkin picking, a corn maze, and a free hay ride if you guys wanted to do that

ETA: And its right on the border for nassau and suffolk!

So I found out the pricing for Schmitt's farm. Its $7 for the corn maze, the hay ride is free, and just a few dollars for pumpkin picking depending on the size of the pumpkin you choose. Is this something we are still interested in?

I would say on a saturday cus they say to get there early, so not sure if people will make it in time after work? what works for all??
