GAAAAAAH, CHURCH!!!
FH's dumb church has finaly decided to renovate.
No one knows when it's going to be yet, and only people who donate buttloads of money are going to get invited to the planning meeting.
We have no other info and the only reason we know THIS much is because FMIL's best friend works in the rectory.
I'm nervous cause I really don't want to get married in a church undergoing construction inside AND out,... and I'm nervous that they're going to start wehenever they want, regardless of when they SAY they're going to....
I'd love to get married in St Ephrem's insead of St Bernadette anyway, but who knows now with 8 months to go if that date and time are available... and FH's priest is going to be insulted if we switch...
I don't know what to do. We're going to meet with Fr. Joe at Bernadette after the bar exam next week... but I don't know if they're going to be straight with us and I don't know if there's going to be anything we can do about it!!! So frustrated!!
