Gals with Solitare E-rings....

What kind of wedding band are you getting? Something simple or something with a little more flash to it? I can't decide. Can you post your wedding band pics?

I know...I can't decide if I want a channel set or not. I like the idea of diamonds, but then it's more maintenance to keep looking shiny...maybe a platinum band....hmmm....decisions, decisions...

i have a solitaire and i am getting a diamond band - something similair to an eternity band but only diamonds 3/4 of the way around and im doing vertical bars not shared prongs - it will be in platinum to match my ering band - its similair to this photo but my band will have seven diamonds not 5 - it is being custom made so it lays flat next to my ering

Can I ask who you are using for the custom ring?

that's what my band looks like! FH asked me what I liked for e-rings and I said I had no idea... I narrowed it down to a tiny skinny pave band with matching pave wedding band or a 6 prong solitaire with a half-diamond wedding band and decided on the latter. i like how the band stands out and doesn't blend in with the design.

I had a hard time finding a band that looked good with my low-set e-ring, but finally I found one (when I wasnt looking seriously for my ring yet) and snatched it up

I chose the solitare because it goes with every type of band you pick out and you can always add to it if you get 'bored' with the plain setting. When I went to one jeweler she paired the solitaire with a diamond band and it just looked amazing I think that's what sold me on the solitaire. I want a diamond band, nothing too much but nice.

My ring is solitaire princess cut on platinum..so i got a thin princess cut channel on white gold...Its thin, didn get it too thick because my hands are very small..

I found the picture online and I love the way they look. My uncle is a jeweler so I'm going to have him replicate them.

I'm going to get a channel set band. But, I'm having problems matching mine because my ring is a knife edge and there aren't alot of bands that sit flush with it. I need something where the edges are sloped downward.

It's hard to describe without actually seeing it. It's almost like the center stone is cradled in a basket. LOL. The prongs are low and they hug the diamond. The Tiffany setting is a knife edge setting.

I think that's what I have then. I have a low set round cut diamond in 6 prongs that curve around the top part of the diamond.....so I'll have a problem finding a ring?
