garbage men vent

so i'm sick at home today and there's loads of garbage that i was just about to take out.

i've been living here for 16 months and they have NEVER picked up the garbage before noon. EVER.

except today, the ONE time i'm about to get everything out there.

stupid vent i know, but so annoying.
