Actually, you know what did happen to me. I got a letter from my gyno on tuesday that the papsmear i took two weeks before came out with abnormal results, which usually does mean HPV or something of that nature. I was freaking out all night, next morning i called up and the receptionist was like no you have to come here to get your results and talk to the doctor. So of course again i am freaking out. After work Fi came with me to the doctors we were both worried. Doctor walks in and tells me its only an inflammation. I was sooo happy bc i thought it was HPV.
But why the hell couldn't they tell me this over the phone and have me stressing out and freaking out. Poor FI was worse than I was
yeah they say it like its nothing. The problem is that the receptionists at the office are horrible. Seriously its hard to even make an appointment with them. I know the doctor would talk to me over the phone, especially for a damn inflammation, its not a big deal, but they wont even attempt to ask her. My gyno is great, i used to always change gynos, they annoy me once i switch them. Even FI was commenting on how nice and great she was.

Ooo i also have some other important info for women. I've known about this for a while but just didn't know when to start so i asked gyno yesterday. They say to start taking pre-natal pills about 1 year before you plan on getting pregnant. The reason why is because the first 3 months are the most crucial time in brain development for the baby. Many women obviously find out when they're weeks or over a month pregnant. By the time they start taking pre-natal pills , the development already started. Its good to prepare your body for this. I asked gyno yesterday how far ahead should i start taking those and she told me a year. Also for smokers, dont plan on quitting just when you find out your pregnant, your body goes into shock when you quit smoking which can be even worse for the baby. so you would need to stop smoking at least 6 months before.

thats funny u say that i asked today about if being on the pill for long periods of time can prevent you from getting pregnant when the time comes that u want to ?? so it doesnt.. which is good to know so im sharing!
