Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I saw something similar to this somewhere, and tried it, and it was pretty good:medium red potatoes
1 tub of garlic & herb philly cream cheese (whipped)
milk
-wash potatoes (leave skins on) and cut into hunks
-put in pot of water, bring to a boil
-simmer until a fork can easily go through potatoes
-drain
-break and mash potatoes with a spoon or masher
-gradually mix in garlic cream cheese & milk to desired taste & consistency
make sure to taste along the way to make sure you're getting enough garlic flavor (not everyone has the same preferences).
Optional:
Butter & pepper
I don't use salt
