Yes! I have the same problem! Once I couldn't open it and I cut the skin on my finger to open it. I smashed it against the wall! lol

Yea, its true, when you have your hair pulled back with a pony tail holder, your hair falls out more. I guess cause the rubberband is pulling your hair...
