garter and throw bouquet

i have a garter and throw bouquet (fake flowers) that i got from a wedding i went to...i caught bouquet and fiance (boyfriend at the time) caught the garter...what are the chances? lol.

anyway, i was wondering if you girls think its a good idea to use that throw bouquet as my throw bouquet at the wedding and that garter as the garter that will be thrown?

the garter is one of those ones that has a firefighter emblem (is that the word?) on it b/c the wedding we went to the groom was a firefighter and my fiance is a firefighter too!

That same thing happened to FH and I at a wedding last summer! When we got engaged the couple gave us a card with the pictures of us catching it on it, it was adorable.

Edited because I didn't see that you said FH is a firefighter too... I personally don't think I would use it, but if you consider it to be something really special, I would include the story of how you both got it and that it was 'meant to be'

Agreed --I wouldn't want to give that away. I think you should get another one and keep those!!!
