Garter & Bouquet Toss

Hi Ladies,

Okay here is my question. FH and I are not having a lot of single people attend the wedding there are mostly couples. FH and I do want to do something to incorperate the Garter & Bouquet toss. I've heard one idea that I like that anyone married, engaged and etc who would like to come up can do it but I'm not too sure. Any ideas????

a lot of my friend that where living with their boyfriends came up... also I had a couple of my friends that just had a city hall wedding come up. But still there was not enough ( I wanted it too look really busy in the pics)so I got some of the younger married guest to all stand in one area( I just didn't aim at them )
