okay, I am the MOH for my sisters wedding... and she is utterly confused. Is anyone else wearing two, one to throw and one to keep??
She had been given a tiffany charm to put onto the garter but she said she wouldn't throw it if its on...
I told her people probably wear two...
Anyone know what to tell her? lol

My sister wore two... one was thinner and that was the one she threw. A lot of them come as a set.

Yeah, I told her that also, but hers is a pass down from FH mother... do you think the thinner one would go with any one... does it even make a difference?? lol whose going to see it haha

you can probably find a thin plain white garter to go w/ FMIL's...that is typically what the throw away garters i have seen looked like so it should be easy enough to find

I am having two garters. One to throw and one to keep. The one that you keep is the nicer one.

I had 2 garters... I kept the nicer one for myself and the other one was the throw away.

It is common to wear 2 if she is throwing one... get a cheap one to throw!

Yes...you can still wear one if your not going to throw it...I am not doing any of the traditional wedding stuff like the BK toss and garter toss but I still want to wear one!!!
