Garter question

How well does the garter have to match the dress? I have fallen in love with a garter set on etsy and don't have a dress yet. Is it stupid to buy it?

I don't think it needs to match the dress at all. Some girls get garters with their FH's favorite team which doesn't match their dress.

Or think of it this way...White goes with everything

Its definatly not stupid to buy it.. you love it? Get it!!! I got a Jets one since that is FH fav. team.. Defiantly doesnt match my dress

I have a Yankees garter and it won't be matching my dress... although FH probably would love a pinstriped gown.

Unless you plan on a very form-fitted, potentially see-through dress, then get any garter you want!!! My husband is a fireman so this was mine and it was GREAT!!!
