Garter shows through skirt

Hello again! So my dress is a bit slimmer fitting around my thighs (not really a mermaid style, but there's no poof to the skirt). I tried a couple different ruffled garter styles but everything shows a bump here or there when I walk. I'm looking into a more simple stretch lace to lay flat on my leg. Any other suggestions?

Mine was lace and blinged out and I got it off etsy. The bling probably wouldnt work for you since your dress is more form fitting, but I would def look on there.

definitely check out etsy, they have a ton of non-ruffly ones. (i don't want a ruffly one so i've already been scoping them out!)

I got mine off etsy too, it looks like the lace part of a thigh-high stocking and has bling on it.
