I was set on not doing the garter/garter toss but now I'm wondering if I should...might be fun.

Are you ladies doing it?

We did a garter removal and toss but no garter dressing. That's just awkward for everyone.

No for the garter toss and no for the bouquet toss. I'm just not a fan, it's not my thing and I'd rather a continuous party than to stop the momentum for these. I know I know it only takes 2 mins but I'd rather not.

I have yet to discuss this with FH. I think he may be embarrased to do it and I have really no desire to do it anyway

i think im probably not going to do it

FH says he wants to do it bc he wants everyone to see my 'red bottom stilettos' lol

i agree with the ones who dont want to interrupt the party
and its just a little too personal for me

We are not doing a garter toss. We dont feel comfortable FH digging up my dress in front of my dad.

I am doing something for the bouquet though ,a dance with all couples, during the song the dj will have couples married a certain # of years sit, The couple married the longest will get the bouquet.

We're doing the same thing

I feel like they are a bit outdated, but can still be fun. We are NOT doing either. Instead we are going to do the anniversary dance.

ETA that I WILL still be wearing a garter. That can be taken off at a later time.

I'm not comfortable with it. FH caught the garter and I caught the bouquet years ago at his brother's wedding....it was so not fun and very embarrassing.
I'm undecided about the bouquet toss though.

fh refuses to have it any other way so it will be done... IMO i would rather him not go up my dress in front of both our families... especially the gmas!!!

Oh well... he has to have some say in what goes on

And FH totally wants to do it.

I just bought a super pretty garter today (same exact one as you KFizz!) and will get a cheaper one to toss.
