On the Simpsons... Did anyone see this? I hear it is causeing quite the stir! I missed it myself but then again i haven't watched it since the first season it came out

I had seen the commercial before it aired and I knew right away that it would cause controversy . People are too predictable.

I found it amusing. Basically, springfield needs to get tourism back, so they decide to allow gay marriages... and patty ends up being gay, until she finds out her 'girlfriend' is really a man posing as a woman.
oh, and homer becomes an online minister to do all the ceremonies since Rev. Lovejoy won't perform them.

i don't really like the simpsons, but dh loves it. so we had it on tivo. it was hysterical. i've never laughed so hard. i wish people would lighten up a little...
