Haha, that's what my dad says - why can't they be as miserable as the rest of us? lol...

But seriously, I am a huge supporter of gay marriage and one of the senators just spoke about how his own wedding was the most moving experience of his whole life and it was really touching, I am not so optimistic on the outcome of the vote but hoping for the best.

it really bothers me that i dont have a religous bone in my body and because im a hetro i can make a legal commitment to the man of my dreams.

As my GWH (that's Gay Work Husband for any newbies ) put it...'well obviously New York State must not care about their economy, since it has no idea what us gays would be spending on lavish weddings!'

here's a comment from gawker about the decision:

'But goddamn, if this country does go all crazy and we get a gay marriage Missouri Compromise, I'll be in the first lines of the newly formed Army of Fabulousness'
