Geico Car Insurance

Both FH and I have Geico, but had separate policies. Based on a previous post here from last week, I called them this weekend to see if we could combine our policies and if it would save us any money.
I figured we'd save like $200 a year, but we are saving about $1000 a year by combining our policies. I know some companies won't let you do this, but if you have Geico I suggest trying. Every little bit of money saved helps towards the wedding.

thats great, my brother works for allstate and he told me to do the same thing. Also, I switched from Geico to Allstate and he ended up saving me $400 a year.

FH and I have a combined policy with Esurance. We saved like 1500.

What do you mean by combining the policy? Listing e/o as drivers?

In my case we added him and his cars to my policy, because that was the cheaper option. But if you ask them they will tell you which one of you have the better tier rating and then you add the other person and their car to your policy and cancel theirs.
