Hey girls. I need your help! FH and I met with Phil from After Hours last week and we both liked him, FH wants to book him. Yesterday, I met with Fabio from Genesis Events (FH had to work and did not come with me to the appointment) and I really liked Fabio. Now I don't know which to choose for my DJ. Any brides who have used Genesis Events or After Hours for their wedding? Please share your thoughts. Thank you!

I used After hours with Phil as my MC and Joe as my DJ. They were both fantastic and I highly recommend Phil.
Plus he has sooooo much extras that is so much easier to get it all from him then diff vendors.

I don't know Genesis Events but I didn't have a good experience with After Hours. I feel like I am in the minority though with them because a lot of girls love them. I say go with your gut or meet with one more dj and then make a decision. i met with 3 before I made my decision & went with LISound

We loooove Fabio! He is in very high demand, so I had to get him to superduper double promise me he would MC for us! LOL He also helped us get a well known opera singer for the ceremony and the dinner portion of the reception. Genesis has been great so far. We just got the detailed forms to fill out with all our choices in musci. They seem to be very organized and professional.

I got married last August and used Phil from After Hours. He was amazing and did everything I asked for! A few people who were at my wedding and are now planning their own asked me for his info.

After Hours! Phil is great, he always replies to your emails within a few hours, is super organized and has a great sense of humor. Even FH liked him too. We also liked the fact that he didn't try to push us towards anything we didn't want/ weren't considering.

Just booked with After Hours! They are the best. My cousin used Phil at her wedding and out of all the weddings I have been to he was hands down the best. Very upbeat and kept the crowd on their feet! If you are still unsure I would check out his showcase on July 25th, you wont be disappointed!

We used Genesis - they were AWESOME! and a pleasure to work with - really went above and beyond. I don't know anything about after hours but sounds like you can't go wrong with either. Go with your gut and/or whoever gives you the best deal/package.

We're booked with Genesis and have had a great experience so far. I haven't heard anything bad about either one though, so you're probably in good hands either way
