Gentleman's club for bachelorette party

I don't think there is much I can do in this situation but I figured I would vent anyhow.
I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and she will be a bm at mine. There have been some issues with her planning and now she is down to a MOH and two bm's (me included) so now the 3 of us are responsible for the bridal party and bachelorette party! She stated she will have her FMIL help out if we needed it but now I am feeling a little stressed out. On top of that she wants to go to a gentleman's club for her bachelorette party and I am soooo not interested in having some girl shaking her na-na's in my face! I've expressed my problem with this without being a nagging bm but that was when I thought there would be 1 stripper in a private home. (I planned on coming fashionably late)
I'm trying to be ''suportive'' because I wouldn't want anyone to ruin my night but it's going to be quite hard to enjoy myself that night I have no idea what I am getting into. Any suggestions without ruining her night or am I going to have to suck it up and be traumatized for years to come?

I don't understand that at all... FSIL (also one of my BM's ) went to a bachelorette party last year for one of her friends and she had a female stripper and was telling me how weird it was. I really don't get it?

But yea I think you're gonna have to suck it up.... just laugh at them and bring some popcorn :)

I totally want to go to a hunkamania type event where I am on stage and ... you know the rest LOL!!! I want to have fun with my girls!.... but I would feel totally weird with a female stripper rubbing herself up and down a pole lol... I feel your pain on this one... BUTTTTTTT if thats what the bride really wants to do, then I think you guys should just do it.

you dont even have to pay attention to it to tell you the truth. When i went to vegas for my bp, we went to pure night club but after we met a bunch of ppl, it was a mixed group of females and males, and we all were drunk and in front of the club and got in the limo outside of pure(limos are cabs in vegas lol) and somehow we ended up at spearmint rhino which is one of the biggest female strip clubs, it has like 300 strippers. We were all at the bar drinking hanging out. I dont think i even paid attention to any of them when they were dancing, dont remember it. I did pay attention to lap dances just to see how far they really do go

eh not that far lol, nothing that is really like OMG that is crazy lol. I am sure some go further lol but alot of girls shouldnt worry about that bc in order to get more you have to pay alot more, not like these things are cheap. I heard how much scores charges for a little extra something lol and will cost a guy, and most dont care to spend THAT much for a little something haha.

Sorry to say, but its her choice for what she wants to do. Im weirded out by strippers of any gender!! But, shes your friend and its part of her big day so i think you gotta deal.

Whenever any one gets a stripper I end up in another room. If your at a place maybe you could sit at the bar instead of being too close to the strippers.

My cousin used to bartend at a female strip club.. and having gone to both a male and female strip club... to be perfectly honest.. I prefer the girl ones.... Not that im in to girls... but they dont bother you the way those stubbly greesy fake penis guys do! I am sorry.. I love guys.. but I hate male strippers! they are all up in your face and try to take your hand and make you touch their stubbly chests.. gross! I went to on one LI years ago.. just wasn't my thing.. I was embarrased most of the time... and grossed out... especially by the fake penis in their little gay *** speedos! Guys in speedos are not attractive! At least to me anyway.
Girl strip clubs... like I said they dont bother you .. unless you come up to them with money! A lot of straight girls go there.. and it's not a big deal at all. No one says you have to have a lap dance with the girls!
I must say though.. it's a little strange for ALL girls to go! When I went it was a group of us.. guys and girls and like i said my cousin was bartending there. If this were a coed batchelor/batchelorette party that would make more sense. Or perhaps she is just like me and prefers them to the male ones.. but then why not just go to a regular bar where people have clothes on? IDK!
I just wanted to reassure you that it's not a skeezy as one might think. UNLESS you are going to a super skeezy place... where we went it wasn't that bad at all!

I would have thought that once upon a time too... but then I went to one! And I was like NO!!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!!!!
It was rediculous. And they are sooo lubed up with baby oil! You can see your reflection on them! If they tried to lay down or sit.. they would slide right off! This one guy grabbed my hand when I wasn't even looking at him and put it on his chest and held my hand and started rubbing his greasy chest.. which by the way he must not have shaved too recently because he had so much nasty stubble... it felt soooo gross - I was just fighting to pull my hand away.... I think he was misreading my disgust for shyness! I wanted to sit under the table and just hide... wasn't into it at all.
They put their fake junk right in your face.. and shake it like 2 inches from your nose.. now i don't know about you ladies.. but I don't want someone I don't know... who is greasy and stubbly and wearing fake penis implant to shake it in my face... he wasn't even that attractive! Some girls go wild though!
Sorry about the rant.. this post brings on some bad memories.. that I haven't been able to shake off since like 2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I am scarred!

Oh Boy Gina! I sure hope they don't either.. I don't know what I would do.. bc I wouldn't want to be rude and walk right out..although that's what I would totally want to do. It's the idea that they put together a night just for me...but i hope they know me well enough to know i would totally not be into that whatsoever! I think if I was there I would just focus on one thing!!!!!!!!!!!!

male strippers skeeve me.. they think they are so hot and that the girls want them. NOT.

Girls want to get paid, they're doing their job and they will enjoy having a bachelorette party there and make it a fun experience.

I'd much rather go to a gentlemen's club then a hunkamania. Much classier clubs as well.
