Do you season it first, or just throw it onto the grill?

Chicken! My grandma made grilled cheese on it but that sounded gross to me. My brother makes salmon and grilled veggies.

Either marinate first or just throw it on.

treat the grill like a regular BB-Q. I've made swordfish and tuna on it too....but you really need to clean it to get the fishy smell out (not worth the trouble)
It's so difficult to clean it properly! They now came out with one that has removable plates as grills, but I have the original one.

I bought one for my uncle for Christmas also, he's single & I thought it would be the perfect gift for him.

Re: George Forman Grill?
I love the George Foreman. We use it for Chicken Sauasage, Hamburgers, Veggies, Fish whatever....
Excellent Turkey Burgers:
Mince up mushrooms, onions, and red peppers.....
In a bowl put the chop meat or turkey.
Put in two tablespoons of salsa, and your minced mushrooms, onions, and red peppers....Combine it all together with your clean hands.
After it is all together....Take Cheese of your choice...and place in the middle of the burger....Enclose the meat fully around the cheese...and make into a nice patti.
Place it on your george foreman and cook it to how you like it.
Enjoy. Your burgers should be moist and juicy.
