Has anyone used them? I am liking their package pricing and they have a black friday deal going on but hearing bad reviews... everyone is going to have bad reviews but I was wondering if anyone has used them and how it worked out. I don't want to be blinded by a good deal.

I didn't use them bc I heard they are based out Chicago or something and they have photographers all over that shoot for them. I haven't heard great reviews and they were calling/emailing me incessantly.

Ditto. They called me non-stop and the woman was rude to me. I'd also read some pretty unflattering reviews about the quality of their services. Not to say it might not be a viable option for you, but they really turned me off with their approach.

I actually do know a girl who booked with them. She's getting married in February. She is happy with their service so far. From what I understand, they are a company who hires freelance photographers to do the actual shooting, and then they do all the editting and compiling into albums from there.
I don't know their turn around time, but I have heard that it is a long time. I also didn't feel that you get a very personalized feeling from them. Since they are a corporation, I still get email from them just like I get it for sales at the Gap or updates on my LinkedIn account. It seems that it's just a spam machine that continues to send emails to people, regardless of whether they were interested or not.
I guess you have to weigh the pros and cons. I don't think they'd continue to do business all throughout the country if they weren't doing something right. And the price might be right for some couples. But for me, I was looking to know and feel appreciated by my photographer, and I like the fact that he is the owner of the company so he takes pride in and is invested in the final product.

We met with them and the rep who worked with us was very nice. I'm no photo expert, but the samples they showed us were very nice and their prices certainly couldn't be beat. They emailed a lot, but once I said I wasn't interested they wished me well and didn't bother me again.
My concern would be not knowing if the person you booked was the person you got- you would essentially never know.
