George Street Photographers
Hello brides-to-be!! I'm meeting with George Street Photographer on Monday, and I was just wondering if anybody has ever used or heard good things about them?
Thanks!

Stole this from another bride who recently posted about them:I think George Street Photography is one of those companies that you book with a coordinator and than they send you some random photographer for your wedding. I have heard horror stories about using companies like this because you never meet with your photographer until the day of the wedding and can't guarantee the albums you're seeing are really theirs. I also think that typically they hire photographers that are not good enough to book on their own. This is just what I've read about them in the past

Hi Roxanne!I just posted a question about this in Brides Helping Brides. I loved George Street just by viewing all their amazing pics and seeing reviews. But then, after speaking with them and setting up a meeting at a Starbucks I started to feel weird about them. My meeting is actually on Thursday. Let me know how yours goes, I'm very iffy right now.
Thanks!

The meeting was in the same type of setting! We met at a little bakery, and our consultant was very nice. I kind of agree withy what Fay posted about meeting the actual photographer. They were very professional, but we're still going to look at a few place before we make any decisions! Hope this helps! :)

I have a meeting with them next week -- they're in the process of changing locations/offices (which is the reason why they were probably meeting in a starbucks) -- has anyone used them? Good/bad? Thanks!! Any other photographer recommendations? Thanks!!
