Can anyone tell me the approx price range? I did a search and there is info from last year, but nothing recent.
TIA.

Re: George Washington Manor
I think it really depends on day and time. I'm doing Friday night and it is very reasonable. I'm VERY happy with my choice.

Re: George Washington Manor
As with all places, it varies based on time of year/day of the week, etc. FM me if you want figures. But it is definitely reasonable.

Re: George Washington Manor
George Washington Manor was the first place FH and I went when we were hall-shopping and I absolutely loved it!! The place has such charm and I love the history. I thought their prices were reasonable. We ended up booking the Ariana Waterfall due to their very attractive wedding packages $$$$$$$

Check out this site: http://www.weddingsitesandservices.com/FacilityList.cfm/RegionID/24
Thsi has the ranges for a lot of the halls and it is in book form at the registry dept. at Fortunoff (it's free)

Don't rely on the map on that website though...I have noticed that several things are mislabeled.

Re: George Washington Manor
I was just there in January looking at the place. Compared to many places out there, they are very, very reasonable - and it is a beautiful!

Re: George Washington Manor
I was there for a wedding a few years ago..the food was delicious, especially during their coctail hour - their seafood display isamazing! That would cost extra of course.
GWM was the first hall we checked out but unfortunately we didn't like the way their little chapel looked...We wanted the ceremony & reception to be located at the same hall.
I definitely recommend this place if you're not having the ceremony there...Good luck!

Re: George Washington Manor
My sister got married a the GWM about 7 or 8 years ago, so the prices won't be appopriate but the service and the facility was beyond our expections! It was a wondeful reception!

Re: George Washington Manor
We checked out GWM on our hall search and we were looking at a weekend in late April of next year. Their rates were very reasonable, somewhere in the $70-85 pp range, if I remember correctly.
