Getting a lil teed .. please let me tell u about Fh family and

and how retarted they are .. I get an RSVP today from his relatives for a husband and a wife .. they send it back w/ 4 .. It clearly states ADULT RECEPTION.. ***.. how hard is that to understand.. geez..

And FH wonders why I need to reiterate just the parents names on the inner envelope. I told him it's to remind them that just the MR and Mrs are invited. Some people just don't get it.

That is pretty annoying. Could you ask FH's family to call and tell them nicely you were only inviting them not the family

Shanee, girl I know what you mean. DH aunt did the same thing to us. I put 1 on her response card and she had the balls to change it too 4.
I told him to call her and tell her not to come.

i know how that is! we sent an invitte to DH's brother, for him and his wife, and put 'We have reserved 2 places in your honor'

yeah his wife had the BALLS to change it to a 7! SEVEN!!!!

SEVEN!!! did she ask you at least? girl that is just rude. I'm planning to put 2 count for each invites who are a couple and keep my finger cross no one will change it...otherwise their name will be cross out on my list..all of them.

We have ADULT RECEPTION clearly stated too...but guess what?? We have 3 children coming at this point. No sense in arguing really! They all just better keep a hold on their kids

Thank God, personally, I do not and have not had this problem...

BUT on the other hand-- sometimes they are just clueless but sometimes these guests know exactly what they are doing and they try and get away with it thinking that you'll feel bad and won't say anything. It's terrible... and SO tacky!

I just think it's rude to try and bring uninvited guests to someone else's wedding.
