I have been reading a lot of posts about invitations lately, and when everyone is sending them out. My wedding is 9/27, and I put an RSVP date of 9/01. We are only inviting about 100 people, so I was going to wait and send them out the last week in July. Is that going to be ok???

Re: Getting concerned...
That is fine. Im getting married 9/14 with a RSVP date of 8/14 and I am sending mine out in the begining of July. A lot of girls on here are sending them out early. It made me nervous to for a while, but I am sticking with my plan.

Re: Getting concerned...
Sounds good. No matter when you send them you will always have people that just dont RSVP. My RSVP was June 1st...I still got two in the mail today!

I still don't get that. I make sure that when I get an invitation, I RSVP right away. Guess people are just busy or they forget.

Re: Getting concerned...
My wedding is July 20 and my RSVP date is June 25. I sent them out the second week of May and even a few last minute ones went out last week. You're fine... FYI- I rec'd some really good advice to start your seating charts before your RSVP date especially if you're on a close tineline. It's a lot easier to take people out of tables than to put them in...I just started mine.

Yeah I think you'll be ok. I wouldn't worry! Everyone does things at different paces.

Re: Getting concerned...
I felt the same way reading some of these posts. I'm definitely not sending them out until July (and probably toward the end of the month).
