This is my first time so i am not sure If i should bring something...

{I remember last time i think someone said they had their names already with phone numbers ready to give to the vendors...}

yes if you can print out labels with your name/email/phone number

it will make your night a lot easier...this way you just pop the sticker on the form from the vendors

otherwise, you have to sit there and write it all out a million times!
