It is SUCH a gorgeous day outside! I was inspired to run/walk for about 2 hours this morning!
I figured it'd be fun to post pics of all of us doing our thing and getting fit for our big day! Or maybe just post pics of our favorite places to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! (maybe with a little exercise thrown in)
What d'ya think ladies?
I think it'd be great motivation for all of us that are on a quest to lose weight/get in shape!
I'll start with my favorite place to run, about 2 miles from my house. My goal is to run there and back at least once a week!
I cant start running outside... I have to wait until weather gets even hotter otherwise my knee will hurt a lot.... I only go to the gym =) and take classes {Zumba, Triple Fat burner, Turbo Kick, Mega Mix Workout, Kick some Abs) I guess I could take a pic of my gym tonight lol =) Or right after I do exercise tonight and post it

This is my inspiration to get fit... the cruise to Bermuda in May! I would ideally like to drop 10 pounds by the time we leave (which is exactly 5 weeks from this Sunday). 2 pounds a week I feel is doable. I actually have this picture saved as my desktop background right now because whenever I look at it, it helps me stay focused and not pig out at my desk during the day and motivates me to go to the gym after work even if I really don't want to.
I took this picture from the cruise ship 2 years ago... god I can't wait to be back there... I so need a vacay!
Ohhhh I have this in my Office at work.... Rigght IN front of ME... So i see it the WHOLE TIME... {I also have one in my room}
THis helps me say NO to BAD food LIKE Pizza and Cake whenver they give us 'Free Food' at work....

And it is working!!!!!!! I always say NO to them!!! and I am already 142!!!!!
For example RIGHT NOW, thye just got a whole bunch of COOKIES, BROWNIES, BAGELS, DANISH & Fruit For us... I look at my INspiration Board... and Got Fruit Salad... Everyone else got the rest of it...
