I love Pilo Arts.
I used someone in Brooklyn who was cheaper and came to my house instead of Pilo Arts for my wedding.
But Pilo Arts was my second choice.

I recommend Sabrina at Concept Elite on Avenue U.
She did a fantastic job for my trial and an even better job on the day of. She also did my mother's hair.
They also have a make-up artist, Lorraine. I highly recommend her as well. She's not one of those snobby *artists* who dismiss any input you provide.

I used to suggest Pilo but the best people left and opened Salon Da Noi.

Personally I use Bruno's Salon and Spa on Shore Road. Its more personable and everyone is much kinder and less 'uppity' than Pilo.
