getting in touch with florist...grr

ok so i posted a week or so ago that i was torn between pedestals and flower michele. Well for like the past week and 1/2 fh and i have been trying to get in touch with the guy from pedestals to ask him a few questions that might help make our decision...we have left msg and tried calling several times but can't reach him and he doesnt get back to us..

its making me feel skeptical...if he can't get back to us now when he should be trying hard to book our business whats gonna happen if we book...today when we called the woman who answered said they have been having trouble with vm...but im not sure if this is just an excuse or what. fh is now leaning towards flower michele bc of this...but i feel like giving them the benefit of the doubt...im just getting frustrated!

does ne one else have difficulty getting in touch with their florists? should i just move on?

Maybe someone's trying to tell you something...I love my florist - Flower Barn - never have a problem getting in touch with them. Did you give them a try?

I'm using pedestals and so far i have ALWAYS been able to get in touch w/my girl...i can tell why you would be frustrated! maybe call ONE more time and whoever answers tell them the situation and why you are upset...maybe they can give you a different person to work with...if not then see how you feel...i mean YOU shouldnt be chasing HIM for your business you know...it should be the other way around!

If they were having problems with retrieving their voicemails, they should have at least put a new outgoing message on their's saying as much with an e-mail address/alternate number where people can contact them.

I don't know, a week and a half seems like a long time to sort out that kind of issue. I'd just move on; planning all this stuff is fun but stressful - do you want to stress about a possible incompetant florist?

ill probably try again tomorrow and if not then i guess it will make my decision btw pedestals and flower michele easier!

im sorry you are having problems...honeslty i have a probelm when it comes to this...i want a response and I want it ASAP hahaha....

i would give them one more try but then that would be it!
