Getting makeup done for your e-pics??? (WITH POLL)

I did at the suggestion of my photographer. She said that it would be a good idea so I can see how the makeup shows up in the pictures.

We did ours in the summer so I was tan (unlike now) so I just put a little eye makeup on myself. Ours were very casual too.

Hey Krista, I had my makeup done, which was great, because you apparently need more for it to show up better in the pictures, so I schedued my trial for that day (which was this past wednesday) IT was great, I had no worries and she came to my house, so it really worked out for me.

I may do my own makeup but get my hair blown out, although my photographer reccommended getting my makeup done for the pictures so I could see how it looks in photos.

I had my hair and make up done for my epics. I am lousy with a hair bruch and my left hand has absolutely NO dexterity. So one side of my face and hair always looks a little off. I had just been given money for my birthday right before the shoot so I went for it. If I didnt have the money, I would have skipped the make up and just did my hair.

E-pics

ETA: I agree with the ladies and photographers who say that it is good to see how you photograph with make up on. I tend to make myself look a little too washed out when I do my make up myself.

I had my makeup trial months ago and we did the epics last week. I did makeup myself. Besides, we dressed casually, so professional makeup probably would have been too much. Besides the fact I didn't want to pay for another trial. Also, the makeup I would have done for the wedding would be totally different than the makeup for the casual pics.

i got mine done but have not received my pics back yet.
i felt she put alot of eyeliner on me, which i am not used to wearing at all.

it was too must to take the eyeliner off so i
just went with it.

fh said i looked pretty but im worried at how the pics came out

I was hoping to, but my epics are tomorrow! I was planning on using my free gift cert. to Maximus in the Source. If I can't then I will just do my make up myself.

I had mine taking in the summer so we were pretty tan so I just did the makeup myself. It was windy and we were at the beach, so I wanted it to be more natural. I did my hair too, and since it was so windy it looked great! Our pictures are on Verdi's website if you are interested.
