Getting married at hall... how does hair and makeup get done

Getting married at the hall. wedding is at 12 noon. not many places are opened really early. was thinking of having some one come to hotel and do hair and make up. any suggestions. and do you pay for the trial?

My SIL did my makeup and she goes to your house and is also set up at a salon. FM for info :)

both my hair and makeup people are coming to the hotel in the morning....

i'm using Hair by Diana for hair and Mya from Cosmetic Artistry for makeup (both LIW vendors)

You can have them come to you. I've heard of some of them even arriving at 4am or 5am to past brides' homes or hotel.

You do have to pay for trials depending on who you book.

Both hair and makeup are coming to my hotel as well. I do believe she's going to start as early as 7:30am for me because all my girls are getting their hair done too by the same people.

My best friend got married at 11:00am (ceremony) 2 years ago, and we were at her house by 5:00am to get ready!!!!

I'm hiring two hair stylists and 2 makeup artists to come to the hotel room for me and my girls. I think, for us, it's the most convenient option ;)

My wedding is at 10:30am...talk about early! My makeup and hair girls are coming to me at my mom's house to get us all done. They are arriving at 5:45am.

And yes, you pay for the trial (at least in all the instances I researched).

I went to Bella Mia (vendor on this site) for my trial and it was $65. On the day of your wedding she will come to you. FM me if you need anymore info. Bella Mia does Hair & Makeup.

The same person did my hair and MU at the hall.

My wedding was at 12:30pm.

We did a stretch limo (6 passengers) with my mom and my sister so we could take our dresses and not get them wrinkled. I packed all my stuff... dress, veil, shoes.

MU/hair artist did my mom and sister at home (7pm). Limo arrived (pick-up and drop off only) and we left at 8:15am.

Hall opened at 9am. MU/hair artist followed us and I got ready there.

I would not have time to run around and noone could drive me there. I could not drive myself with my hair/veil in the car. Mom and Sis could not drive here in NY.

we're doing pics b4 hand, so we have to be ready by 9 a.m. so hair/MU will be coming to me that morning and we'll be getting ready at a hotel before we head to RH for pictures
