Getting married next week....UPDATE!

So sorry to hear about FH...but congrats!!

We thought about doing this before...but my job was able to offer me insurance so we were able to wait. But YAY getting MARRIED!!!!

WOW that is so exciting!! CONGRATS!!!! Your are 100% right when God hands you lemons..... I hope each ceremony/ party is everything you dreamed it would be!

so are you getting/wearing 3 dresses?

sorry but to hear that your FH was laid off.

however, Congratulations!! i have thought about doing the same thing in the past but just never happened. hope you have a great day of celebration next week.

Yeah right! FH would kill me. Didn't even think of what to wear next week! Geez. Someone just reminded me about the something old something new. Guess I'll wear a nice shirt and slacks? I don't know. Getting my wedding dress for Vegas and also our 8 hours wedding photo shoot that we're going to do across LI and then shorts and a Hawaiin shirt for the Margaritaville themed NY reception we're having.

My head is starting to hurt.

Margaritaville theme? sounds awesome!!!!! aww you should have a blast with ALL of them. for something old, you could always go to a thrift store and look for a wedding dress...i always see them. that's up to you how formal you want it

Margaritaville theme? sounds awesome!!!!! aww you should have a blast with ALL of them. for something old, you could always go to a thrift store and look for a wedding dress...i always see them. that's up to you how formal you want it

yeah, we're doing a huge catered BBQ with a roasted pig and a margarita machine and putting flamingos (where we're getting married in vegas) and parrots (jimmy buffet = parrot head) and tons of other luauish stuff all over the place. gonna be a blast! My mother is making me go buy and outfit this weekend. For old i have both great grandmothers rosary beads and pocketwatch.

So we got our license. So EASY! And since it was during the day no one was there. We're also looking to change our Vegas date to 3/20/10 so there is no confusion.

But WE'RE date twins! Yay! And you were the first one to comment on my (now our) cool wedding date(3....2....1....) !! I am so happy for you and Matt! Horrible that he lost his job, but you're making the best out of this situation!
